Who we are
ElectricalPanelUpgrade.net ("the Site") is an AeqR network property. AeqR operates the Site and routes estimate requests to a licensed Connecticut electrical contractor assigned to your area ("the Provider"). The Provider currently assigned is named at the bottom of every page and may change.
What we collect
- What you enter: name, phone number, zip code, the type of work you're planning, and — only if you tick the separate box — your consent to receive text messages.
- How you found us: the referring page and campaign parameters (such as utm_source or a click ID) so we know which advertising works.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, collected by our hosting and analytics tools.
How we use it
- To pass your request to one assigned Provider so they can call you about an estimate.
- To confirm your request and follow up on it by phone, and by text only if you opted in.
- To measure and improve the Site and our advertising.
- To keep records required by law.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your information to lead lists, data brokers or multiple contractors.
- We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Mobile opt-in data is used only to send you the messages you asked for.
SMS / text message terms
- Program: ElectricalPanelUpgrade.net estimate updates. Messages relate to the estimate you requested — confirmation, scheduling and follow-up.
- Consent: optional. Submitting the form does not opt you in; only ticking the separate "text me" checkbox does. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Frequency: varies; typically a few messages per estimate request.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to end texts. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@electricalpanelupgrade.net.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Phone calls
By submitting the form you ask to be called at the number you provide about your estimate. Calls may be recorded for quality and training; Connecticut requires all parties to be told, and you will hear a notice at the start of any recorded call.
Sharing
We share your request with the assigned Provider, and with service providers that run our forms, hosting, analytics and messaging on our behalf under contract. We disclose information when the law requires it.
Retention, access and deletion
We keep estimate-request records for as long as needed to serve the request and meet legal obligations. Email hello@electricalpanelupgrade.net to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it; we respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
The Site may use analytics and advertising tags (for example Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta pixels) that set cookies to measure visits and conversions. You can block cookies in your browser; the Site still works.
Children
The Site is for homeowners and is not directed to anyone under 18.
